Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By using SXY Game Studio, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. Keep your credentials secure and promptly report unauthorized access.

Service

The service provides AI-assisted GameSpec generation, a browser-based project workspace, source editing, playable previews, asset storage, validation, version history, and project export. Features may change as the product develops.

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you hold in prompts, source files, and assets you upload. As between you and the service operator, you may use and modify generated project output, subject to applicable law, third-party model terms, and rights in any material you supplied. You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to others. You are responsible for reviewing code, licenses, gameplay, disclosures, and platform requirements before publication.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; generate or distribute malware; exploit minors; impersonate others; bypass usage limits; probe or disrupt infrastructure; upload content without authorization; or automate access in a way that harms other users.

Credits, subscriptions, and refunds

Paid AI generation uses credits shown in your account. A generation may reserve credits before provider execution; credits are automatically returned when the recorded generation fails. Plans, renewal periods, taxes, and included credits are shown at checkout. Except where required by law or stated at checkout, consumed credits and completed digital services are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase already granted credits before their stated expiry.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts for security risk, non-payment, abuse, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request deletion through support. We will provide reasonable notice when circumstances allow.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that AI output will meet a specific purpose, or that exported games will satisfy every app store, advertising network, or jurisdictional requirement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Questions or legal notices can be submitted through the in-product support center. Material changes will be identified by the updated date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.
